Azad Majid is a Chartered Tax Adviser and heads the Corporation Tax division at Actiontax.

Azad trained and qualified with the 'Big 4' accountancy firms and, since leaving practice in 2006, has been providing corporation tax consultancy services to large FTSE100 companies such as Barclays Bank and BP.

With the experience he has gained from working with these large organisations he is able to offer support in complying with financial reporting and UK Corporation Tax submission obligations.  The services he is able to offer includes providing assistance in dealing with HMRC correspondence, preparing interim or year end tax disclosures and reconciling the company's tax accounts. 

Azad also has particular experience in working with tax software such as Alphatax and Abacus and is able to assist in preparing and submitting corporation tax returns, and also working alongside business units in collecting data for tax reporting and submission. 

He also provides tax planning advice and guidance to a wide range of clients and has particular interest in advising entrepreneurial businesses on their overall tax position.
